In conjunction with worldwide operating consultants, and surpassing industry requirements, we implemented our own fully validated quality management system for all computer software in 2018 – this includes any and every function that is supported by an electronic system within our warehouse.
In summer 2019 the first software validation, a document management software, was completed. Two more software validations have been implemented since.
In line with our commitment to patient safety we aspire to work with validated systems only in the new facility, ensuring our customers and patients receive the exceptional care they deserve.
